Valuable cargo
Our partners are the art museums and galleries, banks and specialized forwarders. Total area of valuable goods warehouse is 71 m2. For many years the valuable warehouse is served by constant reliable staff. Weighing of cargo is made on highly accurate scales (approved by state bodies), the weighing results are photographed and pictures get transmitted to the IT - system. The warehouse is equipped with automatic gas fire extinguishing system. For transporting valuable goods along the ramp we use specialized vehicles with an alarm button, GPS and video recorder. All warehouse facilities and premises are under 100% control of CCTV. The records are kept at least 30 days.

Procedure
Receive cargo documents and personal pass to "Sheremetyevo-Cargo".
Release of the documents performed in "Sheremetyevo-Cargo" checkpoint building.
You will need the following:
- Civil passport
- Power of attorney
Complete customs clearance.
Pay for "Sheremetyevo-Cargo" services.
1 floor of "Sheremetyevo-Cargo" main building, clients hall.
You will need the following:
- Civil passport
- Air waybill
- Authorization letter to pay on behalf of campany
- Company details profile
Request you cargo from the warehouse.

Procedure
Make booking.
The transportation can be booked from airline, sales agent of "Sheremetyevo-Cargo" booking department.
Fill in the documents for cargo.
- Save and print booking request / security declaration.
- Fill it in.
- Scan it and send to booking@shercargo.ru or present original paper document to booking department.
- For cargo destinated to china it is necessary to fill in Import Transfer Cargo Declaration Information Form.
Go through dangerous / non-dangerous cargo expertise.
Checkpoint building of "Sheremetyevo-Cargo". Expertise performed by "Inter Cargo-Expertise".
You will need the following:
- Technical documentation for your cargo
- Civil passport
- Booking request / security declaration
Complete customs clearance.
Customs clearance can be made before or after delivery of cargo to the warehouse.
Go through pre-flight cargo screening and deliver cargo to the warehouse.
You will need the following:
- Air waybill
- Civil passport
- Booking request / security declaration
- Power of attorney
Pay for services of "Sheremetyevo-Cargo" and submit transportation documents.
