The circus animals and equipment were sent by Turkmen Airlines flight from Moscow to Ashgabat on June 26, 2023.

Since live animals are defined as a special cargo category, handling service of its requires the highest qualification of personnel and modern technological equipment of company.

Therefore, Sheremetyevo-Cargo JSC was been chosen as the ground handling operator.

Five tigers, two bears, a lion and a dog were transported to aboard the aircraft in the special vehicles in compliance with the required temperature regime with specific requirements for each animal types.

Staff and special equipment which involved in service process for animals were equipped by video recorders that allow us to carry out online telecontrol throughout the full technological process of handling of cargo.

The General Director of MaxFlight LLC thanked the employees of Sheremetyevo-Cargo JSC for their "exceptional professionalism, attention, punctuality and responsibility, which helped to deliver animals, equipment and scenery for presentation to Ashgabat without any problems", based on the work result.

According to the Head of Air transportation Sales Agent which is responsible for the transportation of shipment, the employees of Sheremetyevo-Cargo showed a professional attitude at each stage of organization of process, assisted in preparation of all necessary documents, and also promptly resolved any issues related to the transportation of circus animals.
