Cargo delivery assistance
We know that our clients wish to perform cargo operations as fast as possible. Therefore we developed a unique service, which allows to deliver cargo arriving from abroad to consignee's door.
The service includes the following:
- Sending notification about cargo arrival and transportation documents scans to consignee's e-mail;
- Customs clearance support: customs inspection, documents submission to state control authorities;
- Organization of documents and cargo collection from the warehouse after completion of customs clearance, loading cargo to truck;
- Delivery of cargo to consignee by truck or by air (if necessary);
- Solving all other problems by assistance manager.
