Cargo destruction
Destruction shall apply only to perishable cargo.
To destroy cargo the following is required:
- Letter of refusal from the consignee to destroy freight or instruction from the shipper to destroy the freight (a telex message transmitted through the airline via SITATEX to the address SVOFi7X);
- If air waybill and attached documents were received by the consignee they have to be returned to room No.18 of "Sheremetyevo-Cargo" checkpoint building:
- refusal letter;
- air waybill;
- if applicable - invoice and declaration for dangerous cargo;
- material pass.
- If the customs clearance was started, it is mandatory to submit declaration copy with a revocation note.
