Cargo return
Freight can be returned abroad to the airport of origin or any other airport (provided that flights are available). It is possible to return the whole shipment or part of the shipment.
To return cargo the following is required:
- To submit the shipper's request to return the whole shipment / a part of the shipment transmitted by air carrier via SITATEX system to SVOFi7X address);
- To pay for cargo return services rendered by "Sheremetyevo-Cargo" and transportation charge to the airline;
- If the air waybill and attached documents were received by the consignee they must be returned to room No.18 of the "Sheremetyevo-Cargo" checkpoint building:
- letter of refusal (to return freight to abroad);
- air waybill
- if applicable - invoice and declaration for dangerous cargo;
- material pass.
- If the customs clearance was started, it is mandatory to submit declaration copy with a revocation note.
