Coordinator
If you regularly receive cargo at our teminal and wish to control the shipping process, we offer you our coordinator service who will ensure the following:
- receipt of pre-alerts from your shippers, control of cargo and documents upon arrival, control of damages, special control of the freight;
- cooperation with your customs broker: handover of arrived shipping documents, if necessary request for additional documents from shipper (English-speaking staff);
- transfer of cargo from flights of the airlines handled by other cargo terminals (control of telexes, cargo transfer);
- cooperation with the warehouse, representation of the consignee, solving problems (return cargo to origin, destruction of cargo); order of express delivery if required;
- preparation of cargo delivery by the moment your truck arrives;
- cargo tracking of each shipment, notification of cargo handling status to your e-mail;
- submitting reports in any format for prefered time period (date of arrival, weight in AWB, actual weight, date of documents collection, date of declaration submission, date of cargo collection);
The service is in demand by the largest importers, the reports allow to see all information about cargo flow, coordinator's assistance also reduces time on solving transportation issues.
