Access to systems

Personal account

This is a brand new service for our clients (consignees and their agents). It allows to control handling process of client's cargo. You only have to input air waybills numbers to system, after that you will be able to manage the handling process besides seeing full information about your shipments. Personal account provides access to general functions, which allow to check current handling status of your shipment, see flight schedule, perform prior calculation of rendered services price. If necessary we can open additional functions for some of your users. This will let them collect full information about cargo in real-time, check if cargo and documents are ready for collection, issue and print material pass, remoutly request additional services, perform calculation of rendered services price and pay, request cargo from the warehouse and many other functions. Access to personal account is a free service.

Personal account also allows you to check current balance of your deposit in "Sheremetyevo-Cargo", see the account history, see the invoices and issue advance payment invoice.

Access to "Russland-Cargo" system (cargo tracking details)

Information services to clients provided by our partner - "Aerograd Information and Logistics Center". "Russland-Cargo" system allows to see cargo handling details (tracking) and see the flight schedule. You can use free access to system or pay for extended version / cargo agents version.
